If there is anything I want you to take from this portfolio it's that we need to be more aware of what we put on our bodies. My intention was to inquire about why the chemicals in our cosmetics are so harmful for us but it led me to discover there's much more to it than that. Not only are our every day products slowly poisoning us, large corporations are dishonestly labeling their product and the FDA is allowing it to happen. It only takes 26 seconds for something we put on our skin to be absorbed into the bloodstream. We need to make more conscious decisions related to the personal care products we buy and use.
